How To's

Forward & Unforward the Phone

Updated for the Polycom Phones

Forwarding:

  • Select "Forward"
  • Select the appropriate On-Clock line
  • Select the "Always (Disabled)" option. Press the on clock number line (varies depending on the staff).
    • If not unforwarded from the previous evening, it will indicate 'Always (Enabled)'
  • Enter your number using a '9' at the beginning if using a cell number
    • For example: 9-1- (XXX)XXX-XXXX
  • Select 'Enable'

Unforwarding:

  • Select 'Forward'
  • Select the appropriate On-Clock line
  • Select "always (Enabled)"
  • Select the 'Disable' option

Checking on Clock Voicemail:

  • Press the button with the envelope
  • Select the 'Message Center' option
  • Select the appropriate line
  • Enter the line's passcode (default is '1111')
  • Follow the instructions given by the recorded operator
