Residence Halls

First-Year Student Halls:

  • Bittner Residence Hall — A first-year hall with floors designated for men-only or women-only residents. It is located in the South Complex alongside Mountain View and Sollenberger on the southside of campus.
  • Naugle Residence Hall — A first-year hall with floors designated for men-only or women-only residents located on the northside of campus.
  • Witmer Residence Hall — A first-year and transfer hall with floors designated for men-only or women-only residents located on the southside of campus.

The traditional residence halls have lounges some with televisions and most have game tables located somewhere in the building. All on-campus residences have laundry facilities located within the complex or the residence hall itself, and the traditional buildings maintain locks which require a card-swipe to unlock.  Additionally, all residences have "visitation" hours.

A Residence Director (RD) oversees each residence hall, and all floors have at least one Resident Assistant (RA) to support students, sponsor residence programs (educational, spiritual, social) and assist in residential matters.

Apartments

All apartments buildings are co-ed (individual apartments are single sex). Each apartment has an individual kitchen and bathroom, and there are laundry facilities located within the apartment building itself.

A Residence Director (RD) oversees each apartment, and each apartment section also has a Resident Assistant (RA) that lives in the apartment section, and helps students build neighborhoods, encourages small groups, and assist in residential matters.

Other Housing Options

Special Interest Houses - houses that surround the perimeter of the Grantham campus. Students choose a theme for their house and work together as a group.
