ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ conducts a wide variety of athletic and academic summer camps. Conducting a successful summer camp requires partnerships between the camps and the Office of Human Resources & Compliance to ensure that all camps are properly approved and following appropriate policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
To that end, information provided on the pages below will provide guidance toward ensuring compliance. The below resources are for both Directors and Counselors.
If you have questions or need assistance:
Directors will organize the camp, hire Camp Counselors, and work with the Office of Human Resources & Compliance and the Payroll Office in managing hiring, onboarding and payment processing of Camp Counselors. If you are a Camp Director, please click on the Camp Directors link above for more information.
Camp Counselors will help teach, train, monitor and chaperone the camp attendees. Camp Counselors must complete all necessary hiring paperwork, background clearances, and special compliance training before they begin their first day of work. If you are a Camp Counselor, please click on the Camp Counselors link above to learn about the employment requirements.
