Welcome to the Residence Life community! We desire for your RA experience to be one marked by learning and growth. I encourage you to enter this year with a teachable and humble spirit ; allowing this leadership experience to shape you personally, professionally, and spiritually.

In pursuit of fulfilling the mission of the University, the Office of Residence Life fosters safe, hospitable and holistic living-learning environments, demonstrates authentic care for all residents, and helping students make meaning of their journey.

We aspire for your experience to be a wonderful balance of challenge and support. You will be pushed and challenged this year. This is a good thing! It is in these moments that we often learn and grow the most, especially in our relationship with God. You have the blessing of being surrounded by a supportive residence life community as you engage these challenges.

We hope that this RA manual can be another way you feel tangibly supported and resources as you go about your year.

As Vice Provost for Student Success and Engagement, I am deeply grateful for the work of our Residence Life staff. You play an integral part in the holistic development of our students. In the Division of Student Affairs we are committed to developing and nurturing the whole student. We achieve this goal through a holistic co-curriculum developed to meet six common learning outcomes. These outcomes reflect the learning priorities of 蜜桃影像 and best practices in higher education. We believe that what students learn and experience both in and outside of the classroom prepares then for a successful and rewarding future, ready to serve and lead, out of a deep sense of who God calls them to be. You, as a res life educator, have a significant role in helping students learn and attain these outcomes.
