As part of the Office of Faculty Development, Teaching and Learning initiatives foster a culture of teaching excellence at ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ, an ethos shaped by the mission, ethos, and strategic priorities of ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ. Teaching and Learning programs give special attention to capacity-building in each of the six criteria for teaching quality as defined by the Term-Tenure and Promotion parameters at ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ (content knowledge, faith and learning, inclusive excellence, organizational supports, student engagement, and evidence of student learning).
