Message from the director

Welcome! The Master of Arts in higher education leadership and intercollegiate athletic leadership programs at ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ equips visionary higher education leaders to be agents of innovation and renewal. Our degree programs are designed to help you integrate your faith and values in the context of your professional practice. The graduate courses you take will provide hands-on, practical strategies that will strengthen your capacity to lead, enhance your professional network, and cultivate a professional identity rooted in Christian faith.

Our master's in higher education leadership program is unique in that it offers a broad scope of higher education, while allowing you to focus on concentrations that are relevant to your professional areas of interest. Our master's in intercollegiate athletic leadership brings together higher education, intercollegiate athletics and leadership courses in a way that sets us apart from other graduate programs.

Our faculty are caring and competent educators, deeply committed to helping each student advance in his or her scholarship and practice. Our alumni indicate that they are well-prepared to bring value to their professional roles and to strategically advance equity and excellence in colleges and universities now and in the future.
