Jody Brandt

Director of Conference and Event Services

As Director of Conference and Event Services, Jody oversees the organization of hundreds of events during the academic school year and conferences, camps, and events during the summer months. She is a 1989 graduate of 蜜桃影像. Jody continues to serve as an adjunct instructor in the Human Development and Family Sciences Department and has also spent time in the Advancement Office working as a gift officer/fundraiser. Jody lives in Dillsburg with her husband Steve. They are parents to three adult sons.

Dennis Weller

Conference & Event Coordinator

Dennis Weller is a Conference Coordinator. Dennis has been part of the 蜜桃影像 Community since 1978. After receiving his degree in Music Education in 1982, he began working as a college employee. In the summer Dennis works with off campus clients and with our basketball camps. During the school year, Dennis focuses on events sponsored by the Development Office, President’s Office, Alumni Office, and Admissions. His interests in music and sports bring a variety of skills to event planning.

Abby Love

Conference & Event Coordinator

Abby is a 2012 Graduate of 蜜桃影像 College. Abby started her career at 蜜桃影像 as the Ticket Office Coordinator in 2014. She transitioned into her current role as Conference and Event Coordinator in 2015. Abby concentrates on the sports camps and supervision of the Conference Operations Team during the summer months. During the school year, Abby focuses on student activities. She enjoys hiking with her husband and three children and staying active through running.

Randy Heintzelman

Office Coordinator

As the Office Coordinator, Randy reserves room for conferences, events, and meetings on campus. He reserves conference and graduate housing during the summer months. Randy has worked at the University for over 27 years, beginning his career in the laundry department and the residence halls before joining Conference Services. Randy and his wife Carol reside in Harrisburg and enjoy time with family and friends.

Cindy W. Sterling

Ticket & Billing Coordinator/Student Parking Coordinator

During the academic year, Cindy is responsible for coordinating ticket sales for ticketed events throughout campus. She has a staff of student ushers who provide assistance to guests at events. She is also responsible for maintaining student parking assignments for Graduate, residential and commuter students. During the summer, Cindy changes roles and works with the 70+ summer camps and conferences that come to campus.

Spencer Rennels

Sound, Lighting, & Event Coordinator

Spencer provides technical support for live events requiring audio, video, and lighting on campus. In this role, he provides leadership to student technicians, maintains audio/video equipment, and coordinates the technical needs of chapel services. Spencer holds a bachelor’s degree in Music Production from Malone University and a MDiv from Lancaster Theological Seminary. Spencer and his wife Rachel live in the Mechanicsburg area and enjoy attending live music events in our region.

Dianne Kirsch

University Receptionist

Dianne joined the Conference and Event Services staff in July 2023 as University Receptionist. In addition to her role as switchboard operator, Dianne manages fleet vehicle reservations and approved driver documentation, assists with student parking and box office ticket sales. Dianne has experience in technical writing, paralegal duties, and transportation safety . She lives in Mechanicsburg with her family and is active parishioner of her church. She enjoys hiking, reading and word puzzles.
