Haydn’s “Creation” is a stunning choral orchestral masterwork that portrays the seven days of creation in colorful, dramatic and unique ways. The text of this oratorio includes passages from “Genesis” and paraphrases of the “Psalms” and John Milton’s “Paradise Lost.” The ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ Symphony Orchestra and the ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ Choirs (Choral Arts, Concert Choir, Men’s and Women’s Ensembles) will combine with student and faculty soloists to present this masterpiece in English, with its familiar story, and exciting choruses.
